A Sueba USA spokesperson said San Paseo, a new residential option in Katy, opened its models on Aug. 1 and the first residents took occupancy Aug. 15. Per a Nov. 18 release, San Paseo is located near the northeast corner of I-10 and the Grand Parkway, which is near major west Houston employment centers, outdoor trails and shopping hubs such as Katy Mills Mall, Memorial City Mall and CityCentre.
