A new luxury apartment community has opened near some of Katy’s busiest entertainment and shopping destinations, the Houston Chronicle reports. Houston-based developer Sueba USA announced the opening of Boardwalk Square, a 353-unit mid-rise complex near the intersection of Kingsland Boulevard and Katy Fort Bend Road. The development sits near Katy Mills, Typhoon Texas Waterpark and the Katy Boardwalk Nature Preserve. The area that has seen significant residential and commercial growth in recent years. The community features amenities geared toward remote workers and wellness-focused residents, including coworking spaces, private conference rooms, a fitness center, a dry sauna and a cold plunge recovery room.
