Rents at the four-story Boardwalk Square community range from $1,370 to more than $3,000 per month. Construction began in April 2024 after Sueba secured a $40 million construction loan with Amegy Bank. The complex includes two courtyards, a leisure and lap pool with tanning ledges and poolside cabanas, a pet area, and a co-working lounge with a gourmet coffee bar.
