KATY – San Tierra, a new apartment community in Katy that is marketed as upscale and luxurious, opened its doors at 1616 Partnership Way in July, according to a July 11 press release. Managed by Sueba USA Companies, San Tierra offers 303 apartment homes with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
