346-unit multifamily development coming soon to Fort Bend Town Center in Missouri City

Construction has begun on a new luxury multifamily development in Fort Bend Town Center in Missouri City.

The 346-unit, currently titled “Missouri City 1,” will be located inside the popular shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, developer Sueba USA announced Monday. A permanent name for the property will be announced closer to its opening.
