Sueba USA enters Montgomery County with Falls at Imperial Oaks’ first apartments

Falls at Imperial Oaks developer Holcomb Properties Co. contributed the 10 acres for the first apartment complex and plans to add another 10 acres for the second to a limited partnership with Houston-based Sueba USA.
