SCS Builders LLC. was formed from SUEBA USA’s active involvement in residential and commercial construction projects dating back to 1984. Our in-house construction capabilities enable us to forge long-term relationships with subcontractors who understand our requirements and uphold our quality standards while allowing us to better control labor and material costs. As an affiliate of Sueba USA Corporation, a real estate development firm with a 35+ year history of multifamily, commercial, and single-family developments in Houston and surrounding areas. Nathan Hekimian
President
Nathan Hekimian, President of SCS Builders LLC, has managed the construction portion of an award-winning portfolio of Class A multifamily projects, across the Houston MSA, totaling over $1.2 billion and 5,000 units. Nathan offers 18 years of construction and project management experience in the multi-family, construction sector. Prior to joining Sueba in 2005, Nathan served as a Project Manager in offshore, ultra-deep, pipeline work in the Gulf of Mexico. Before joining the civilian work force, Nathan served as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army. Nathan graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering.
Ben Wauhop
Vice President
Ben Wauhop, Vice President of SCS Builders LLC, has managed the construction of an award-winning portfolio of Class A multifamily projects across the Houston MSA totaling over $370 million and 3,300 units. Ben offers 18 years of construction and project management experience in single and multi-family. Prior to joining Sueba in 2007, Ben served in the United States Army as a captain in field artillery, and he built single family homes for Lennar. Ben is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a bachelor’s in science.
