President & CEO
Klaus Keller is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sueba USA Corporation. In this capacity, Klaus is responsible for directing all aspects of operations, including developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential European investors, banks, clients, and businesses, and negotiating with European capital sources for project financing. As CEO, Mr. Keller manages the strategic direction of Sueba USA, as well as oversees the operations of each Sueba affiliated company, including design, construction, and property management subsidiaries. Prior to joining Sueba in 1986, Klaus accumulated significant international management experience working for several major German and other European companies in both West Africa and the Far East. Born and raised in Germany, Klaus began his career after receiving a degree in Import and Export for International Trade in 1969.
Executive VP & COO
John Chiang is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sueba USA Corporation. Prior to joining Sueba in 1986, John served as Project Manager for Arenco Development Company, and as Vice President for R.A. Liebrum and Associates, both in Houston. In addition to his duties at Sueba USA Corporation, John serves as Executive Vice President for both Sueba Construction, Inc. and Sueba Consulting, Inc. Graduating from the University of Houston in 1977 with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, John holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License and has over 30 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. John was a previous member of the City of Houston Planning Commission, Spring Branch Management District, and the Board of Directors of Grand Parkway Association. An active participant in the real estate industry, John serves on the Board of the Lower Kirby Pearland Management District and was a previous advisory board member of Trees for Houston. John is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Greater Houston Builders Association, and the Houston Real Estate Council. In addition, John chairs and serves on boards or committees of various real estate development associations and organizations throughout the Greater Houston area.
