INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
We offer select LP investment opportunities in high-quality real estate throughout the Houston MSA. Our investments fall into two primary categories:
1. Class A Luxury Apartment Communities
We develop premier multifamily communities in top-performing submarkets across Greater Houston. These ground-up development opportunities typically have a 4–5 year hold period, with returns generated primarily through the sale of the completed asset.
2. Speculative Land Investments
We acquire well-positioned land for future development or resale. These long-term investments focus on land appreciation, with returns typically realized through a future sale or potential rollover into a development opportunity.

MIXED-USE
Our experience developing mixed-use communities includes extensive work with both vertical and horizontal mixed-use communities. We were instrumental in the development of one of the Houston area’s first mixeduse projects, City Plaza within the Town Square development in Sugar Land, a suburban area southwest of Houston. Since then, we have played instrumental roles in the planning and development of a number of regional, mixed-use town centers.
