Real estate transactions: Sueba apartments kick off Pearland’s Ivy District
Dallas-based Montfort Capital Partners purchased Savannah HWY6 Self Storage, a 678-unit, recently completed self-storage facility at 14215 Highway 6 in Rosharon. Steve Mellon, Brian Somoza, Adam Roossien and Matthew Wheeler of JLL Capital Markets represented the seller, Quintet Capital Group.
